Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that keep the platform trustworthy — with a specific focus on the catalog quality that fitment commerce lives or dies by.

The spirit of this policy

Bizdia is built for genuine catalogs that serve real buyers. Most of this policy is common sense; the catalog-quality section is where we're stricter than most, because doorway content and marketplace violations hurt every tenant's reputation, not just yours.

You may not use Bizdia to

Operate a store that:

  • Sells illegal goods, infringes intellectual property, or violates applicable law.
  • Engages in fraud, deceptive pricing, or misrepresents products or availability.
  • Distributes malware, phishing content, or attempts to breach platform security.
  • Abuses shared platform resources or attempts to access another tenant's data.

Catalog quality (fitment)

Because Bizdia makes it easy to publish many model-specific pages, we require that each one earn its place:

  • Scraped or imported product copy must be enriched and rewritten before publish — never posted verbatim.
  • Each fitment page must carry genuine, useful per-model content (real compatibility notes, specs, guidance), not a templated name-swap.
  • No cloaking, doorway pages, or scaled low-value content designed only to game search rankings.

Marketplace & affiliate rules

If your store integrates with marketplaces or affiliate programs, you must follow their rules — including honest pricing parity, required affiliate disclosures, and no self-referral or prohibited dropshipping arrangements.

Enforcement

We'd rather warn than terminate. If we spot a problem we'll usually reach out first. But we may suspend or remove content or stores that put the platform, its buyers, or other tenants at risk. Report abuse to [email protected].
