Bizdia (“we”, “us”) operates the Bizdia commerce platform and this website at bizdia.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information for visitors to this site and for merchants who run a store on our managed hosting.
Data you give us
We collect information you actively provide, which may include:
- Account details when you sign up: your name, email address and store name.
- Sales enquiries: anything you include in a contact form.
- Billing details, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
Data we collect automatically
Like most websites we log basic technical information — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to keep the service secure and reliable. We keep analytics minimal and privacy-respecting; see our Cookie Policy for detail.
Your store's data is yours
Bizdia is “own-your-database” by design. The catalog, orders and customer records inside your store belong to you. On managed hosting you can export them at any time; if you self-host, that data never reaches us in the first place. We act as a processor for your store data and do not sell it.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, secure and improve the platform.
- Provision and support your store.
- Bill you for the plan you chose.
- Respond to enquiries and send service messages.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, hosting, payment processing and email delivery), each bound to protect it, and where required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
