Terms of Service
The agreement for using Bizdia and this website. Plain-language where we can; binding where it counts.
Agreement
By using the Bizdia website or platform you agree to these Terms. If you're using Bizdia on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.
The service
Bizdia provides self-hosted and managed multi-tenant commerce software. We may add, change or remove features as the platform evolves. The open core is provided under its applicable open-source license; managed hosting and certain modules are provided as a paid subscription.
Your account & store
You're responsible for your account credentials, for the content and products in your store, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including consumer, tax, product-safety and marketplace rules. You must keep any product copy you publish original and accurate (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. We don't charge a transaction fee on your sales. Plans are metered on products and monthly orders; the fitment catalog engine is included from the Growth plan up rather than billed per listing. Payment-processing fees are charged separately by your provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Your use of Bizdia is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a store that violates it or that puts the platform or other tenants at risk.
Your data & portability
You retain all rights to your store's data. You can export it at any time, and you can move to a self-hosted deployment of the same open core without re-platforming. On termination we provide a reasonable window to export before deletion.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Because Bizdia is own-your-database, you keep the ability to run the open core yourself.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new effective date here and, for material changes, notify account holders. Questions? Email [email protected].
